A MUST HAVE
This is a must-have for any newborn baby that ever travels in the car. It is a very clear mirror that allows you to safely peek at the baby as you are driving.

We bought one for my car and later had to buy another for my husband's SUV because he constantly remarked, "I can't see what he's doing! Did you buy me that mirror yet?"

Baby also loves to look at himself in the mirror for at least 15 minutes at a time before dropping off to sleep. He does not get fussy in the car anymore.

Top Three Must-Haves for Newborns:
1. Boppy for nursing
2. Bearview Infant Mirror for watching baby in the car
3. Sleep sacks for middle-of-the-night diaper changes

Love this mirror!
This mirror does so much for me when I have my baby in her rear facing car seat. I can see her clearly since the actual mirror is so big, and she can see me..I actually get little smiles when she catches me looking in it. Highly reccomend it!

Helpful for seeing baby but sticks up too high.
It's comforting to be able to see my baby's face while I'm driving but I had to put extra fabric behind to mirror to angle it correctly. We keep our child in the middle of the back seat. If the car seat handle is up, I have to turn around and look in the mirror. The panda head has to be to one side or the other (not in the middle) so that it does not obstruct my rear view. Despite these minor complaints, the mirror does what it should and is helpful.

Great Baby Gadget
A friend of mine gave me the monkey mirror when I was pregnant. Then I didn't think much of it but already on the drive home from the hospital I started to love, love love it!!! The mirror is big and the image is clear so you only have to look once and can otherwise keep your eyes on the road. My son is now 4 months old and he loves to watch himself in it, so we both benefit from it.
The only thing that was difficult was to get it to stay put in my husbands car, because the weight couldn't hang all the way over the headrest, but I didn't have any problems in any other car. (His car's headrest ends in the rear console)
Great, very cute product. I think I'll get this for every babyshower I'll ever have to go to in the future!!

Head gets in the way of rear view
These car mirrors are so cute I had to have one for my baby girl. It was easy to install on the car's headrest, but the head of the animal gets in the way of my rear view while driving. Not sure if I will use it in the car once our baby girl gets here since it seems like a safety hazard. We might just put it in her room.
